Start from a collection. Finish it your way.

Appliftoff is a screenshot design studio for apps on the App Store and Google Play. Pick a look, then make every screenshot yours in Studio, a visual editor that runs in your browser.

Layers01

Every layer editable. Every detail yours.

One finished screenshot, pulled apart: background, art, device, headline and your screenshot are separate layers. Rewrite and restyle any text, recolor backgrounds and art, and move, resize, align or reorder any layer.

Swap in a new screenshot, match your brand color, compare a screenshot at every size side by side, and undo or redo as you go. Keep the whole project as an .appliftoff file and open it again in Studio.

Your original app screen goes inside the device frame as you uploaded it: Studio never redraws or rewrites it. You choose the headline, background and layout around it.

Start with one screenshot of your app: here, Common Ground, a fictional app made for this demo.

Read what the film shows

A live animation, not a screen recording: a replica of Studio’s interface, built in code around real outputs and layers of the Common Ground sample, a fictional app, with Design with AI’s answer and its French and Arabic translations recorded as they came back, so its words are real text. The AI film below shows Studio’s AI tools the same way.

  1. 0:00 Upload. Start with one screenshot of your app: here, Common Ground, a fictional app made for this demo. The studio renders three styles in your browser. Your image stays in this browser. Then see your app in every collection.
  2. 0:12 Every collection. The same screenshot in every collection, laid out its own way in each. Each collection keeps its exact look with your own screens in it. Use this collection takes it into Studio.
  3. 0:26 Every layer. Its real layers: background, art, device frame, your screenshot and headline. Your own screen stays as you uploaded it, inside the device frame. Stacked back together, they are the finished screenshot.
  4. 0:36 The sheet. Studio opens on one sheet: all 10 screenshots, the 5-screen story over its 5 layouts. Click a screenshot to choose it. Click it again, or double-click, to edit it. It opens in place. Its neighbours stay on the sheet, dimmed, a click away. On screen: Studio’s sheet of the Better together set, the story screens over the matching layouts, each labelled with its number and words; the index of miniatures at the left, the Look tab at the right. Screenshot 03 is chosen, then 01, which opens.
  5. 0:46 Edit a screenshot. Open a screenshot and change any layer: here, the headline’s words, at this size or every size. Double-click text to type it in a card beside it. The canvas keeps showing the words as they will export. Change sets where an edit reaches: this screenshot or all 10, this size or every size. On screen: screenshot 01, “Find your people.”, open on the sheet, its neighbours dimmed. The pointer selects its headline: the canvas bar shows Style, Fit, Effects and Align, the panel the headline’s words and “Reaches 01 · iPhone 6.9″”. A double-click opens the edit card beside the words, which are typed in again. Change shows two switches, Screenshots (This one (01) or All 10) and Sizes (This size or All sizes); at All 10 · every size an edit reaches 40 PNGs. Then the reach goes back to 01 · iPhone 6.9″.
  6. 1:00 Design with AI. Ask Design with AI in plain words. It sends your screenshot text and layout, never your screenshots. Here, the Common Ground sample, with a real answer as it came back. The wait is cut: Edited for length. Every size is previewed first. Changed at all 4 sizes. Changes 39 PNGs · 1 step skipped in places. One undoable step. Applied as one step. Not at Screenshot 03 · Android 6.7": The headline wouldn't fit its box in capitals. Undo puts it all back. Included with the $10 unlock, capped per project. On screen: Studio’s Look tab for Common Ground, a fictional sample app (the Better together set), at its Design with AI section. The request: “Put every headline in capitals”, reaching All 10 · every size. The answer as it came back, unedited: All 10 screenshots · every size: headline in capitals (Done in places). Changed at all 4 sizes. Changes 39 PNGs · 1 step skipped in places. One undoable step. Applied as one step, all 10 screenshots on the sheet (iPhone 6.9″) are marked Changed. Not at Screenshot 03 · Android 6.7": The headline wouldn't fit its box in capitals. Undo puts the set back as it was.
  7. 1:16 Every size. Compare sizes splits the canvas: each size in its own layout, each saying whether its words fit. iPhone 6.9″, iPhone 6.7″, iPad 13″ and Android 6.7″: 10 screenshots each, 40 PNGs. Add the 4 optional iPhone Duo sizes for up to 80 PNGs. On screen: Studio’s Compare sizes for screenshot 01, iPhone 6.9″ on the canvas beside iPad 13″, iPhone 6.7″ and Android 6.7″ in turn, each in its own layout and each saying “Words fit”. Apple accepts iPhone Duo screenshots in App Store Connect. They are required from April 2027 for apps using the iOS 27.1 SDK or later.
  8. 1:28 Languages. In Words, pick a language: AI-assisted translation drafts it for you to check, one language per request. Here, Common Ground in French, then Arabic, each as it came back. The waits are cut: Edited for length. It works on unlocked projects, within an hourly and daily allowance, and does not shorten words to fit. Arabic reads right to left. Check each screenshot: your app’s screen and text in images stay as they are. On screen: Studio’s Words tab for Common Ground, a fictional sample app (the Better together set). Its Language bar reads “Pick a language to see your designs translated.”, and its select opens on Original and 28 languages, each also named in its own language. French is picked: “Translating to French… Showing Original until it’s ready.”, the wait cut, then the French preview, “Edit the translated words · original unchanged”, with Save language version, and the sheet’s ten screenshots at iPhone 6.9″ in French, a real translation as it came back: 01 “Trouvez votre communauté.”, 02 “Un monde autour de vous.”, 03 “Des centres d'intérêt communs. La vraie vie.”, 04 “Plus de moments ensemble.”, 05 “Votre façon d'appartenir.”, 06 “De plus près.”, 07 “Les détails qui comptent.”, 08 “Conçu pour votre quotidien.”, 09 “Votre prochaine bonne idée.”, 10 “Faites-en le vôtre.”. Then Arabic the same way, right to left: 01 “اعثر على من يشبهونك.”, 02 “عالم من حولك.”, 03 “اهتمامات مشتركة. حياة حقيقية.”, 04 “لحظات أكثر معًا.”, 05 “انتماء يناسبك.”, 06 “نظرة أقرب.”, 07 “التفاصيل التي تهم.”, 08 “صُمّم لحياتك اليومية.”, 09 “فكرتك الجيدة التالية.”, 10 “اجعله خاصًا بك.”.
  9. 1:42 Export. Export the whole set in one download. 40 PNGs in one ZIP: 10 screenshots per size, in a folder for each. Edited for length. Free to edit, no account to start. $10 unlocks a project’s clean downloads, with one payment. Then a 3D render of the real exported PNGs: the five story screens as panels in a studio.
  10. 1:54 Your app. Your app. Every look. Try your screenshot: free to edit, no account to start.

Your app. Every look.

Watch one screenshot become a finished set. See your app in every collection, its layers taken apart, the whole set on Studio’s sheet, one screenshot edited, a change previewed with Design with AI, every store size, your screenshot text in other languages and the whole set exported in one download.

Take your screenshot story into 28 languages.

Studio sets your screenshot text in English plus 28 languages, each in a font that covers its script. With an unlocked project, AI translation drafts it one language at a time for you to review and edit at every size, then save as a language version that shares the original project’s unlock and AI allowance.

You can also export your text and import your own translation. Your app’s screens and any text inside images stay as they are.

A live animation, not a screen recording: Studio’s interface rebuilt in code. Every AI result in it is real, made by Studio’s own tools for Common Ground, a fictional sample app, and shown as it came back.

  1. 0:00 Design with AI. Design with AI on Common Ground, a fictional sample app. It sends your screenshot text and layout, never your screenshots. The wait is cut: Edited for length. The plan as it came back, a real answer, shown before anything changes. Before and After at every size. Changed at all 4 sizes. Changes 32 PNGs. One undoable step. Apply it, or Discard and nothing changes. Included with the $10 unlock, capped per project. On screen: Studio’s Look tab for Common Ground, a fictional sample app (the Better together set), its Design with AI section, and the preview of the plan. The request: “Make the phones a little smaller on every screenshot”. The answer as it came back, unedited: All 10 screenshots · every size: phone smaller (Done). Changed at all 4 sizes. The words that came back: 01: Hello, your people! · Good things happen right nearby.; 02: A whole world, next door · Let a little curiosity lead.; 03: Shared loves, real life · Make room for connection.; 04: Together, more often · Little things bring us closer.; 05: Belonging, your way · There's a spot here with your name.; 06: Take a peek · Good things happen nearby.; 07: Tiny details, big deal · Good stuff is just around the corner.; 08: Made for every day · Good things happen close to home.; 09: Ooh, your next idea · Good things happen nearby.; 10: Make it all yours · Good things happen right nearby.
  4. 0:41 Suggest with AI. Suggest with AI: background settings from your colors and an optional mood, not images. Your colors and the mood are sent, never your screenshots. Edited for length. For “calm morning blue”: a linear gradient, a dot pattern and a soft mesh. Each click applies one. Each applies as one undo step and stays a setting: style, colors, blur, pattern size and angle. Then “sunlit garden green”: three more. Included with the $10 unlock, capped per project. “calm morning blue”: Morning haze (Linear gradient), Soft sky dots (Dots) and Dawn drift (Soft mesh). “sunlit garden green”: Morning haze (Linear gradient), Clover dots (Dots) and Sunlit canopy (Soft mesh).
  5. 0:59 Background image. Generate background image makes artwork from your prompt and project colors. Sent to the AI: your prompt and project colors, never your screenshots. It can take up to a minute, so the wait is cut. Edited for length. The image as it came back, in the panel’s preview. Nothing is stored until you apply it. Applied, it is the background layer. Your screenshot, text and device stay as they are; Undo removes it. The prompt: “A soft clay miniature village on rolling hills, pastel tones, tilt-shift depth”
  6. 1:15 Six images. The prompts and the images that came back, unedited. 12 images per project, included with the $10 unlock. The prompts: “A soft clay miniature village on rolling hills, pastel tones, tilt-shift depth” “A cozy cafe window at dusk, warm lamps inside, rain on the glass, blurred street lights” “Flowing silk ribbons in terracotta and cream, soft studio light, elegant and calm” “Golden hour over a community garden, string lights between the trees, soft bokeh, cinematic warmth” “A paper-cut garden: layered leaves and round flowers in soft terracotta and cream, gentle shadows” “A misty lake at first light, a pale peach sky, calm water and soft distant trees”
  7. 1:23 Editable. AI that stays editable. Every result here is a real Studio output for fictional sample apps, unedited.

Tell Studio what to change. Preview it before you commit.

Ask Design with AI for a change in plain words, on one screenshot at one size, one screenshot at every size or all ten at every size. Studio previews every step before anything changes; apply it as one undoable step, or discard it.

The film also shows the writing tools above and two background tools: AI background suggestions offer editable background ideas from your colors and an optional mood, and AI background images generate artwork from your prompt and colors, up to 12 per project.

Every AI result in the film is real. None of these tools sends your screenshots. Included with the $10 unlock. AI usage limits apply.

Questions

A few things to know.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Editing is free and needs no account: upload your screenshots, use any collection, change every layer and keep drafts in this browser. The preview carries the Appliftoff mark. You pay only to unlock a project: clean PNG downloads in every size, saving to your account, the AI tools (usage limits apply) and, with Window light, an optional promo MP4.

Can I start with a complete collection?

Yes. A collection fills your project with ten screenshots: a five-screen story plus five matching layouts, built around your screenshot. Every headline, background and screenshot stays editable.

Can I change the 3D companion?

Yes. Change its pose, colors, material, camera angle and lighting. Your screenshot, text and background stay editable on their own. Exports are still images, not animations.

What does a $10 project include?

10 screenshots (5 story, 5 matching layouts) at 4 export sizes: 40 PNGs in one ZIP by default, or up to 110 with every optional size. With Window light, screenshot 01 also downloads as an optional promo MP4 for social posts and your website, from a desktop browser; it is not an App Store App Preview. AI tools are included; usage limits apply. One payment per project, no subscription.

Do I have to use all ten screenshots or export every size?

No. Once a project is unlocked, download screenshots one at a time, or export all ten at the sizes you choose and publish only the ones you need: three, seven or as many as each store takes (up to ten per size on the App Store, up to eight per device type on Google Play). The four standard sizes are the default, not a requirement.

What do the AI tools in Studio do?

Design with AI turns a request in plain words into design changes you preview before you apply them. Write the whole set drafts every headline and supporting line, and Rewrite with AI rewords your headlines in a tone you pick. AI background suggestions offer editable background ideas from your colors, and with AI background images you generate artwork from your prompt and colors. Every result is an edit you can change or undo, and none of these tools sends your screenshots. Included with the $10 unlock. AI usage limits apply.

Can I make screenshots in other languages?

Yes. Studio sets your screenshot text in English plus 28 languages, including Chinese (Simplified) and Arabic, in fonts that cover each script. With an unlocked project, AI translation drafts one language per request, within an hourly and daily allowance per project, for you to check: it does not shorten words to fit. Save the draft as a language version, which shares the original project’s unlock. You can also export the text and import your own translation, in the languages your project’s own fonts cover. It changes only the words on your screenshots, not your app or text inside images.

Can I download anything before I pay?

You can download the sample set in the price section to see the full output. Your own screenshots download as PNGs once their project is unlocked; until then they stay editable in your browser, with the Appliftoff mark on the preview.

Will you change what is inside my screenshot?

No. Your original app screen stays inside the device frame. You choose the headline, background and layout around it.
