Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Appliftoff (the “Service”), operated by Tamorin LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Appliftoff transforms your raw app screenshots into store-ready marketing assets for the App Store and Google Play. A one-time purchase unlocks generation and download of 40 screenshots across iPhone 6.9″, iPhone 6.7″, iPad 13″ and Android 6.7″.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the screenshots you upload. You grant Tamorin LLC a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your output. We do not use your content to train models.

2a. Your license to the output

Once your 40 shots are generated, they're yours. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use the output for anything related to promoting or marketing the app you uploaded screenshots for: App Store and Google Play listings, your marketing website, press kit, social media, paid advertising, product demos, pitch decks, investor materials, and anything else in that spirit. No attribution required.

The one thing you can't do: redistribute or resell the template compositions themselves as standalone design assets. In other words, you can't take an Appliftoff style pack, relabel it, and sell it as “templates” to other people. The license is for promoting your app, not for reselling our design work.

3. Payments and refunds

Each project is $19, charged once at checkout through Stripe. Our refund policy:

• Generation failure. If our system fails to produce your 40 shots (all or most renders fail), we'll refund the charge in full. Email support@appliftoff.comwithin 24 hours and we'll process it.
• After delivery. Once your 40 shots have been generated and are visible in your project, the product has been delivered and refunds aren't available. Aesthetic mismatch isn't grounds for a refund. Each shot's headline and subhead are editable from the shot editor, and you can regenerate the full set to refresh the AI copy before you ship.
• Copy generation fallback. If our copy generation service is temporarily unavailable, we use template copy and flag this clearly in-app and in the delivery email. Because every render, size, and device is still delivered as promised, and each headline is editable from the shot editor or regeneratable, this alone isn't grounds for a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, and don't use the Service to generate assets that infringe, impersonate, or mislead. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated copy may be inaccurate. Review before publishing to the App Store or Google Play.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamorin LLC's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the project at issue.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
